Karunakarala Ayurveda Resort will be delivering special morning yoga lessons with a popular Japanese yoga instructor Ms. Minami for a limited time, in October.

Wake up slowly in a quiet and green environment alongside a calm and beautiful river. Focus on breathing that is always unconscious, and breathe comfortably. With deep breathing and asana (pose), you can relax your body, mind and head. This lesson is easy for anyone, even for those who have never practiced yoga.

Do yoga in the morning in fresh air and have a great day.

〜Instructor Ms.Minami 〜

Ms.Minami was a martial arts enthusiast, when she at school. Soon after graduating from her university, she joined a famous Japanese apparel company as a fashion merchandiser, in 2008. Around the same time, she met the power of yoga; she found that “deep breathing”, “dynamic pose”, and yoga philosophy make her really happy. And, she started mastering yoga. She can provide lessons on yoga and meditation, and weight-loss techniques. Her lessons are powerful to make your life happy, healthy and positive.
