1. Reservations

  • Reservations made through the Site are considered confirmed once a reservation confirmation email is issued by the Resort.
  • Reservations are subject to the Resort’s policies.

2. Prohibited Actions

  • Providing false information
  • Causing inconvenience or damage to other guests or the Resort
  • Any action that disrupts the operation of the Site

3. Disclaimer

  • The Resort strives to provide accurate information on the Site but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
  • The Resort is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Site.

4. Copyright

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, and logos, belongs to the Resort or rightful owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Cancellations made 4 to 13 days before the arrival date: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Cancellations made 0 to 3 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total amount.
  • All cancellation or change requests must be made in writing (email).

7. Changes to the Terms

The Resort reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice as necessary.
