We are proud to celebrate the successful completion of the 2024 Short-Term Internship Program at Karunakarala Ayurveda Resort, conducted in collaboration with the University of Colombo under the MOU signed in 2023.
A total of 101 Ayurveda medical students gained hands-on experience in practical Ayurveda treatments and holistic wellness practices, enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field.
Today, February 6, 2025, we held the Certificate Awarding Ceremony at the College House Senate Hall, University of Colombo. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including:
- Vice Chancellor Prof. Karunaratne
- Dean Prof. Pathirage Kamal Perera
- Prof. Kaumadi Karunagoda
- Dr. Himali De Silva
- Several other distinguished faculty members and students
Adding prestige to the occasion, the event was beautifully presented by veteran TV announcer Mr. Kamal Kariyawasam, making it even more memorable for all attendees.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the interns and express our gratitude to the University of Colombo for their unwavering support in nurturing the future of Ayurveda.
