Very memorable experience, right from booking to eventually saying our goodbyes to the staff. Even though the place currently receives more Japanese guests but we felt equally welcome during our entire stay of 3 nights.
Maintaining a very green and close to nature environment may not be very easy but the entire resort was so well maintained and kept clean everywhere.
Such a high standard of Sri Lankan hospitality was a delightful experience. From the staff at reception, waiters at the restaurants, driver for the airport pickup and to the therapists at the spa, all maintained very cheerful disposition.
6am yoga session was a good way to start the day. The restaurant serves a good mix of local and western cuisine and staff were ever accommodating for our vegetarian diet.
Not much activities for the kids but thankfully our 2 young kids had a great time playing around with resident rabbit and hens. A clean small swimming pool allowed for a fun time for the whole family. Surprise treat with the evening boat ride along the river for the guests.
There is surely some room to improve on the therapies and the feedback was shared with the clinic.
Thanks to all the staff, the Ayurveda doctors, managers Mr Kunchanna and Ms Kusani and the overall idea of Ayurveda spa made this stay a rejuvenating and memorable experience for the entire family.
